The artwork, created by women and girls with disabilities within the Engendering Disability Inclusive Development in Vietnam initiative, combines colorful threads, paper, and hand-drawn elements. The word "EDUCATION" is written at the top in large letters made of colorful yarn. Below that, on the left side, there are three rectangular pieces of colored paper, each with writing: “We are Deaf. Have equal rights to life and education.” “We are committed to the responsibility of focusing the problem and participating in the community's experiential activities. Organize events, exchange activities, etc.” “To convey messages to the government and society concerned about schools for the Deaf, culture e.g. grade level, school extension, allied group full industries.” On the right side, there is a bright yellow sun with rays shining outward, encircling a raised fist. Below that, there is a small arrangement of yellow flowers attached to the artwork, held up by a small wooden fence made from popsicle sticks and golden ribbon. In the center, there is a hand-drawn map of Vietnam with the capital "Hanoi" marked. To the right of the map is a small Vietnamese flag, and above the map is a symbol of hands holding each other, with different skin tones. And as additional Decoration, the messages on the colored papers are further decorated with small bows made from blue and pink ribbons.
