Author Biography

Amanda T. Adams, Editorial Assistant, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Center on Disability Studies

Amanda T. McLaughlin, B.A., is an editorial assistant at the Center on Disability Studies at the University of Hawai‘i, Manoa. Her background studies involved film writing and production. She has been an editor for non-profit educational organizations and has edited website content for IT companies. Most recently she spent a year in Ecuador teaching media literacy to young children in a small village in the Andes Mountains. She came to Hawai‘i to pursue higher education and is thrilled to be part of the Review of Disability Studies Journal.
