Arlie Tagayuna is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Sociology at the University of Hawai‘i-Manoa specializing in the field of delinquency and disability. He is currently a lecturer with the Center for Southeast Asian Studies and the Department of Languages and Culture of Asia at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
